Toyota Issues The Biggest Safety Recall In History

Toyota will be recalling at least 3.8 million Lexuses (Lexi?) and Toyotas due to the floor mat potentially causing the accelerator to get jammed, which could lead to a nasty accident that no one would believe. Can you imagine having to tell someone that you got into an accident because the floor mat causing the gas pedal to get stuck which caused you to rear-end that Starving Students truck in front of you. The National Highway Traffic Safety AdministratiToyota_Logoon is uring people to immediately turn their cars over to their local dealership or take the more drastic measure of removing their floor mats to save themselves from getting into a potential accident. The affected vehicles include 2007-2010 Camry, 2005-2010 Avalon, 2004-2009 Prius, 2005-2010 Tacoma, 2007-2010 Tundra, 2007-2010 Lexus ES 350 and 2006-2010 Lexus IS 250 and IS350. My advice? Take the floor mat out of the car immediately and then drive it over to Toyota, park the car and then put the floor mat back in after you put the car in park. Want some more advice?
