One is to take a trip to Virginia where they're having a tax-free weekend for all the kids going back to school. Shoppers across the great state of Virginia will be given an exemption from the five percent sales tax on school supplies up to $20 per item and clothes and shoes priced up to $100. Turns out however, that it isn't just Virginia that's having this great deal.
