Franken Appointment Upheld By Supreme Court

Al Franken, Saturday Night Live alum and now Minnesota Senator, was re-affirmed by the Minnesota Supreme Court Al_FrankenTuesday, solidifying his position which had been hotly debated. Franken's election victory first came under question by Republican Norm Coleman who lost to the former comedia by only 300 votes. Coleman had been debating the SNL alum's victory since the election, raising questions over the accuracy of the count. Wednesday, the Minnesota Supreme Court sided with Franken, allowing him to settle further into his role as senator of Minnesota. Starving Students doesn't have a branch in Minnesota nor do we have one in New York, however we do feel as though every state could celebrate the Minnesota Supreme Court's decision with our Cram Session. This news comes with just a few days left before our nation's birthday, which we are also celebrating with our Fourth of July special offer. Go ahead and celebrate the legal system with $20 off of your move today.
